Flashback to 2009

Where has time gone & how has our baby grown so fast in the last year??  When I took this picture last week...

I could still see this picture in my head that I took exactly a year earlier...
I can't help but wonder what she will look like in April of 2011.  I'll patiently wait though because I don't want her to grow up any faster than she already is.

Playing with the hose

Last week Mel & McKinley came over for lunch & to go see our new house.  It was a beautiful day so the girls were playing outside & watering the flowers with the hose.  When it was time to get out the door I changed Skylee out of her soaking wet clothes & asked her to go get her shoes while I got Dailey's a change of clothes.  When I came back out I found Skylee outside just as happy as can be...
Yes, this is the dry outfit I had just put on her so we could leave the house that she has the hose running all over.

Grant

I love this crazy kid.
And his crazy hair.
And his awesome hugs.

Fun in the sun??

It was actually about 55 degrees & cloudy, but that seemed warm enough to run through the sprinklers at our house.

T-ball

Dailey started t-ball a couple of weeks ago & LOVES it!  Have I mentioned that she loves just about everything in life? :)  I pray that she always sees life the way she does now & continues to always have a smile on her face.  She is an amazing little girl.

Hunting for Easter eggs

This year we had an Easter that we will never forget.  I'll blog more about the details when I'm able.  For now, enjoy the pictures! :)

Dailey loved it, but that is no surprise because she loves everything! :)

Skylee just did whatever the bigger kids were doing, she didn't really get it though.

Oh these curls.  I hope she keeps them forever.
I love this picture of her & Justin, I just love how they are looking at eachother.  She has a way of getting whatever she wants from him & I'm sure she was talking herself into getting more candy in this picture.
Our Dailey.  One of the happiest little girls I know..

Fun with Daddy

While I was away one afternoon a few weeks ago Justin decided the girls needed a 'new' toy to play with in the yard so he rigged together this...

...it has provided hours of entertainment for the girls & it's one more reason our girls are so lucky to have the daddy they do.

Is it summer yet?

As you can see - the girls are ready for summer!!  It was a half way nice day so they drug out the pool & didn't understand why we wouldn't fill it with water & go swimming with them.
