Frocadiles

"Look guys.  I see frocadiles out there!"

See was looking out over the Puget Sound while sitting on the deck at Dad & Suzanne's house on Hat Island.  The frocadiles she was referring to were logs floating.  Awhile later when birds landed on the logs she told us "Yep, those birds landed on her & she's gonna eat them."

Blue Eyed Baby

This blue eyed baby girl is the sweetest 15 month old I know.

She knows just what to do to make me smile.

She knows just what to do to make me laugh.

She knows just what to do to make me want to pull my hair out.

But I wouldn't change one thing about her precious little self.

Snowflake Lane

Thursday afternoon we loaded up the car (and when I say loaded up the car, I mean completely loaded up the car) for a weekend full of fun!

We enjoyed dinner, a Christmas parade, shopping & a great hotel in one of my favorite places - Bellevue!  The Snowflake Lane parade was so fun with the girls!!  They danced with the toy soldiers,

caught the (fake) snowflakes with their chubby little fingers,

celebrated as they threw coins into the fountain,

and made lots of great memories!

After the girls enjoyed some time shopping while the boys enjoyed happy hour at a bar next to our hotel, we all headed to bed filled with excitment for the rest of the weekend!

More on the rest of our weekend soon, but in another post! :)

The dentist

Dailey is slightly obsessed with brushing & flossing her teeth, but I guess she's not only worried about her teeth.

I was giggling when I took these pictures.  She had Justin holding the flashlight so she could see inside his mouth

Then she checked out her work

And she was concerned that she had a tooth falling out, so she wanted Daddy to check for her.
The good news is that everyone ended with nice & clean teeth! :)

Hunting Camp 2009

Every year Grandpa Jack (Justin's dad) goes hunting/camping for a week.  The past few years Justin & Dailey have joined him over night, but this year we just made it up for an afternoon.  It was a chilly afternoon, but we had a great time!

The little artists

Dailey got this little easel for her birthday & the girls love it!  It is so nice that they can both be using it, but not sitting right next to eachother...that usually leads to crayons being taken & major attitudes by both of our (mostly) sweet girls.

And no, this wasn't Halloween...Skylee just likes to wear her tutu's :)

Dailey's 3rd Birthday

On October 27th Dailey turned 3 & we had a little birthday party for her at our house.  She had a great time carving pumpkins, cracking open the pinata (or fiesta as she calls it!), opening gifts & playing with the kids.  We are so lucky to have so much family that lives close to us & is able to share in special times.

I still have a hard time saying that I have a 3 year old because it doesn't seem possible that she's already 3! She has such a happy, joyful little soul that constantly makes us smile.

Pumpkin patch trips 2009

Here are some of the pictures from our pumpkin patch adventures in October!  As you can see, we had a great time & ended up with lots of pumpkins from each one :)
